Position Summary: The Sales Closer will play a key role in driving our expansion by handling cold outreach to potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling appointments. You'll be responsible for communicating directly with retailers, fostering relationships, and closing deals. This is a remote role that offers both a base hourly rate and a commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to retail locations and potential clients to introduce our cigar products.
• Generate leads and manage a sales pipeline.
• Set appointments for follow-up calls or product demos.
• Communicate effectively with prospective clients via email, phone, and text.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth goals.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
• Persistence and a strong work ethic, with a proven track record in cold calling or sales.
• Familiarity with the cigar industry is a plus but not required.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable using email, Zoom, and other digital communication tools.
