Key Responsibilities

✅ Sales & Appointment Setting (Primary Focus)

  • Schedule and confirm client meetings

  • Follow up with leads and existing clients

  • Assist in closing insurance policies and real estate deals

Customer Service & Data Entry

  • Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp

  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM

  • Process policy applications and basic documentation

Social Media Management

  • Create and schedule posts across platforms

  • Engage with followers and respond to inquiries

  • Monitor social media performance

Qualifications & Skills

🔹 Bilingual (English & Spanish) – 80% of insurance clients are Spanish-speaking
🔹 Experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting
🔹 Strong typing skills and tech-savvy (familiar with CRM & remote access software)
🔹 Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to multitask across industries
