As a Remote Admin & Customer Service Assistant, you will be the front line of communication for this busy roofing company. You’ll handle a mix of customer service, administrative support, and scheduling duties to ensure smooth daily operations and high customer satisfaction. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, bilingual (English/Spanish preferred), and thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries with professionalism and clarity
- Conduct detailed call intakes and collect necessary information
- Schedule roof inspections, service appointments, and follow-ups
- Prepare and manage digital job files, reports, and documentation
- Process estimates, invoices, and insurance-related paperwork
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM (JobNimbus)
- Assist with lead generation and follow-up tracking
- Coordinate communication between field technicians and office staff
- Conduct post-service follow-ups to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
- Support general office tasks as needed
Qualifications - Bilingual in English & Spanish (strong verbal and written skills preferred)
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Confident and clear phone communication style
- Typing speed test required (WPM benchmark to be confirmed)
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace
- Experience with CRMs (preferably JobNimbus) and invoicing tools
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a remote work environment
- Prior experience in roofing, construction, or field services is a plus
