Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support in safety management tasks with a focus on OSHA, EHS, and EPA compliance.
• Develop and refine processes, procedures, and policies.
• Assist in creating and modifying training materials and presentations (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
• Manage OSHA 300 logs and other compliance-related tasks.
• Utilize advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for reports and presentations.
• Ensure high-quality output with attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety management (OSHA/EHS focus).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience in processes and procedures development.
• Access to dual monitors and high-speed internet for seamless workflow.
• OSHA/EHS certifications are highly valued.

• Degree preferred but not required if experience compensates.
• Strong communication skills, adaptability to changes, and a proactive attitude.
