- Document Management: Organize and maintain loan files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Data Entry & Quality Assurance: Accurately input loan information into the system and verify borrower details.
- Borrower Experience Verification: Confirm borrowers' track records in real estate investments and fix-and-flip projects.
- Communication & Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, clients, and third parties to facilitate smooth loan processing.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize loan management software and MS Office tools for data management and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills- Required:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in loan/mortgage processing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal communication skills).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and loan processing software.
- Experience handling fix-and-flip and construction loans.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Preferred:
- 3-4 years of experience in loan processing (higher salary range applicable).
