About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-oriented Sales & Customer Service Representative with experience in insurance products. This role involves proactively generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, closing sales, and delivering exceptional customer support. You will work in a remote setup, using CRM tools and digital channels to manage interactions and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
- Proactively identify and generate new sales leads via warm and cold calling, email outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the client's needs across voice, email, and SMS channels.
- Present and demonstrate the company's insurance and travel offerings to potential clients, emphasizing product features and value propositions.
- Participate in video calls to conduct product demos and respond to detailed customer queries.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Conduct follow-ups and stay engaged with prospects and clients to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Act as a key point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and service needs, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Sales Execution
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and conditions to successfully close deals.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales quotas and KPIs, including call volume and lead conversion targets.
- Track progress through internal systems and provide timely updates on sales status.
CRM & Administrative Tasks
- Accurately document all client interactions, feedback, and sales progress in the company’s CRM and internal workflow systems.
Requirements
Core Skills & Experience
- Fluency in spoken and written English; Spanish bilingual skills are a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in the insurance industry (preferred).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Excellent probing and needs-assessment skills to match client challenges with tailored solutions.
- Comfortable presenting on calls and managing communication across digital channels.
Technical Proficiency
- Comfortable using CRM platforms and other sales support tools to manage pipelines and customer data (CRM system training will be provided if needed).
- Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues independently.

- A stable, high-speed internet connection is required.
- Personal laptop and noise-canceling headset.
