About the role:

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant from Latin America to assist with cold calling, appointment setting, and lead follow-up. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and an "owner" mentality. You will be responsible for managing client communications and following up on leads sourced through various third-party platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients for the gutter installation division.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments and manage client follow-ups effectively.
  • Lead Follow-Up: Engage with potential clients via phone calls and text messages, ensuring timely responses and excellent service.
  • Client Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about services.
  • CRM & Tools Management: Utilize CRM tools and platforms like Angie's List, Thumbtack, Yelp, EverConnect, Elocal, QuickBooks, and ServiceBridge.
  • Technical Support: Handle calls and texts using Dialpad, and ensure secure access via VPN.
