About the Role The Project Coordinator Virtual Assistant will support the day-to-day scheduling, coordination, and communication needs of our traffic control dispatch operations. You’ll serve as a vital link between our field staff, clients, and management team. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate Staff Assignments: Receive and process daily work orders, assign field staff to jobs based on availability and requirements.
- Monitor Field Operations: Track staff directions, arrival times, and working hours; ensure adherence to schedules.
- Administrative Dispatch Support: Maintain accurate records, assist with scheduling logistics, and follow up on pending actions.
- Client Communication: Handle inbound calls from clients, provide status updates, and resolve escalations professionally.
- Accountability: Oversee field performance and report any issues or delays to leadership.
Key Qualifications - English Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional presence.
- Customer Service Experience: Comfortable managing client interactions and handling service escalations.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Able to manage complex schedules and keep detailed records with minimal errors.
