About the Client: The client is a family-owned home healthcare agency with an in-house nurse aide training center, providing both health and personal care services. They offer extensive care for clients and much-needed respite care for family members who regularly provide care. Their mission is to provide clients with the highest quality of service and assist them in their time of need.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with nurse recruitment for the home healthcare business
  • Communicate with hospital discharge planners to secure patient referrals
  • Handle administrative tasks and manage incoming calls
  • Oversee social media accounts and engagement
  • Manage email correspondence and scheduling
  • Utilize software such as Allora Plus, Rhinobio, and QuickBooks
  • Assist in the setup and management of an e-commerce store
  • Support medical billing processes (preferred)
  • Perform general computer-related tasks to improve workflow efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Strong recruitment and administrative experience
  • Proficiency in social media management
  • Knowledge of medical billing software (preferred)
  • Experience with Allora Plus, Rhinobio, and QuickBooks (preferred)
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Previous experience as an executive assistant preferred
  • Background in the healthcare industry is a significant plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly
