About the role:

We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Admin and Production Scheduler to join our team. This role involves a variety of administrative, scheduling, and communication tasks to support our office operations and production workflow. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and be comfortable managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Email Management: Communicate with clients by sending emails through Podium and other platforms.
  • Data Entry: Track and enter job hours in Excel to manage job costing and payroll through Payday software.
  • Internal Recruitment: Assist in hiring painters by screening and coordinating with candidates.

  • Social Media and Design: Create simple social media graphics and other visuals as needed using Canva.
  • Order Processing: Post and manage paint orders in Google Hangouts; track orders and coordinate with painters.
  • Phone Support: Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate department, and make outbound calls when needed.
  • Strong English Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills.

Training: A 2-4 week training period will be provided to familiarize you with the role and responsibilities.
