Role Overview
This role is primarily focused on administrative and reporting tasks using tools like Praxis and Service Titan. The assistant will ensure timely and accurate reporting, support productivity tracking, and gather service data.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver daily report cards by 5-6 PM Central Time.
  • Track productivity metrics and ensure accuracy.
  • Collect and analyze service data from Service Titan.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve reporting processes.
  • Potential future duties: Call center support, including customer inquiries and scheduling.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with Service Titan (essential).
  • Clear and professional English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the HVAC industry.
  • Experience in administrative or reporting roles.

Work Schedule

  • Preferred hours: 3:30 PM to 10:30 PM Central Time (flexible).
  • Reports must be delivered by 5-6 PM Central Time daily.
