Responsibilities:

Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant with a medical background to support our client, Chris, in managing client care and streamlining operational processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in file organization, gathering medical documents, and potentially assisting with marketing or social media. This role is part-time to start, with the opportunity for full-time transition based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. File Organization & Management:
    • Organize client files and medical documents.
    • Create and maintain efficient systems and processes for document management.
  2. Client Care Coordination:
    • Gather medical records and documents to assist in client care.
    • Use medical knowledge to understand injuries and treatment plans, ensuring seamless support for Chris.
  3. Process Improvement:
    • Develop and refine systems to improve operational efficiency.
  4. Marketing & Social Media (Optional):
    • Assist with marketing strategies and social media management as needed.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Medical background (e.g., nurse practitioner, medical assistant) to better understand client needs.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to improve processes.
  • Exceptional English communication skills.
  • Open to candidates based in the Philippines; awareness of time zone differences is essential.
  • Capability and enthusiasm are valued over formal degrees.

Compensation and Work Structure:
