About the Client: The client is a leading provider of vitamins and supplements designed specifically for blue-collar workers. With a strong focus on the U.S. market, their products are sold primarily through an e-commerce platform offering subscription options. Recently, they have experienced success on TikTok and are aiming to leverage TikTok Shop to further expand their reach.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Virtual Assistant with expertise in paid advertising, social media management, and email marketing. The ideal candidate will help drive brand awareness, manage social media campaigns, and improve return on ad spend (ROAS) across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram accounts
• Set up, optimize, and analyze paid ad campaigns
• Track and improve ROAS for marketing efforts
• Collaborate with influencers and content creators to expand brand reach
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns via Klaviyo
• Research and implement new marketing strategies to drive sales
• Identify potential creators and marketing opportunities

Desired Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in marketing, paid ads, and social media management
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads
• Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and adjust strategy
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred)
• SEO knowledge (bonus, but not required)
• Shopify experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
