About the Client:

The client runs a lifestyle and personal brand focused on women's retreats. These retreats emphasize holistic health, wellness, and feminine empowerment, taking place locally (e.g., Portland) and globally (e.g., Turkey, Croatia). While currently group-focused, there is potential expansion into 1-on-1 coaching.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Virtual Assistant to support social media management, content creation, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic sense, experience in social media marketing, and an interest in women’s empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Oversee and manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Content Creation: Design and develop engaging social media posts, graphics, videos, and marketing materials
  • Administrative Support: Organize emails, manage miscellaneous projects, and assist with general admin tasks

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing and management
  • Strong skills in graphic design and video editing
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, etc.)
  • Excellent aesthetic sense and eye for design
  • Passion for women's empowerment and holistic wellness
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
