Job Title : Sales Development Manager

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST (Only if weekly sales goal has not been met)

Base Salary : $1,200 per month

Commission : $100 per sale after the first 10 sales

Monthly Bonus: Additional $500 if the monthly target of 20 sales is met

Target Start : At least 11/11

Their mission is to empower contractors by providing high-quality, pre-qualified leads, enabling them to focus on building rather than sourcing clients. The client offers a membership model that ensures a consistent flow of relevant leads each month, allowing contractors to grow their business, increase revenue, and streamline operations with localized opportunities

Role Overview:

The Sales Development Manager will initially focus on executing sales activities before building and managing a sales team. The role will involve personal responsibility for achieving specific sales metrics and targets while developing processes and training programs. Once sales operations are stable, the manager will recruit, equip, and eventually lead a growing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution: Perform sales tasks and meet sales targets directly in the initial phase.
  • Lead and Manage Sales Team: Guide and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.



  • Develop SOPs and Training Programs: Create, refine, and implement sales processes and training materials to ensure consistent performance across the team.
  • Direct Sales Execution: Engage directly in sales activities, working toward specific sales metrics and targets.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute sales strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  • Performance Tracking: Use CRM tools to monitor sales performance, track progress, and report key sales metrics.
  • Training and Development: Continuously mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Significant experience in managing sales teams and developing processes and managing a team of at least 10 people.
  • SOP & Process Development: Expertise in creating and implementing SOPs and training programs to enhance team efficiency.
  • CRM Proficiency: Skilled in utilizing CRM tools to monitor sales activities and optimize team performance.
  • Behavioral Assessments: Experience with or willingness to use behavioral assessments as part of the hiring and evaluation process.
  • Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
