About the Client: The client is a registered non-profit in Texas dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating animals in need. Initially operating from a small RV, the founder expanded the sanctuary to provide a safe haven for various animals, offering them a chance to become part of a loving family. The organization relies solely on donations to support its mission of finding permanent homes for animals and providing them with care, love, and attention.

Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative tasks for both businesses, including email and calendar management.
• Handle phone calls and customer inquiries with professionalism and positivity.
• Oversee social media management, including content creation using AI tools and traditional methods.
• Assist with fundraising efforts, event planning, and volunteer coordination.
• Supervise potential future staff and volunteers as the businesses grow.
• Utilize AI technology for content creation (e.g., video production, voice cloning) while maintaining a human touch.
• Support daily operations of the animal rescue, including liaising with volunteers and donors.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong communication skills.
• Highly independent and able to adapt to frequent changes.
• Experience in content creation using Canva, editing tools like CapCut
• Familiarity with managing Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn and integrate AI tools for efficiency.
• Comfortable in a Christian-friendly environment and discussions.
• Experience with animal rescues or non-profits is a plus but not required.
