Position Summary:

The Report Builder VA will play a key role in supporting the business's sales and administrative functions. This includes closing sales, interpreting architectural blueprints, and creating detailed reports from drone-captured images. Candidates should have experience in sales and be comfortable with a variety of digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service:
  • Engage with existing customers on sales calls, answer questions, and close deals.

• Maintain positive customer interactions, providing clear and helpful information on roofing services.

• Blueprint/Plan Reading:
  • Read architectural plans and blueprints to understand project requirements. While no formal architectural training is required, familiarity with plan reading is essential.
• Software & Report Building:
  • Create and manage reports from drone-captured images, summarizing inspection details for client and internal use.
  • Use business software such as Fast Field, CRM systems, and PDF editors to manage projects and organize documentation.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Spanish and English (required).
• Sales Experience: Proven ability to manage sales calls and close deals, providing an excellent customer experience.
• Blueprint/Plan Reading Skills: Comfortable interpreting architectural plans; ability to understand and communicate structural details.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Excel, CRM systems, PDF editors, and report generators.
• Familiarity with software programs such as Fast Field and CRM tools.
