The client is a trusted lead generation service that connects contractors with homeowners looking to build Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) in the Los Angeles area. Their mission is to empower contractors by providing high-quality, pre-qualified leads, enabling them to focus on building rather than sourcing clients. The client offers a membership model that ensures a consistent flow of relevant leads each month, allowing contractors to grow their business, increase revenue, and streamline operations with localized opportunities

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring high client satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, helping them maximize the value of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to drive retention and satisfaction.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns, resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor customer engagement and proactively suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and provide excellent customer service.
  • Experience working with CRM tools and customer support platforms.
  • Fluent in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
  • Based in Latin America, preferably Colombia.
