    About the Client: The client is an industry leader in upscale hospitality solutions, specializing in high-quality kitchen and restaurant supplies. With a strong presence in the market, they offer multiple revenue streams under one business entity, catering to premium clientele. Their expertise lies in providing top-tier products and services that enhance the efficiency and elegance of hospitality establishments.

    Position Overview: We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator Virtual Assistant with e-commerce experience (Walmart, Shopify) to manage sales processes, customer communication, and e-commerce optimization. This role requires excellent English communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create and manage sales quotes using proprietary quoting software (Auto Quotes - training provided).
    • Process sample orders and generate CRM reports with same-day turnaround.
    • Manage e-commerce listings, pricing, and order processing.
    • Optimize product visibility using SEO best practices.
    • Monitor website traffic and performance.
    • Collaborate on marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
    • Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
    • Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding new catalogs, promotions, and product updates.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Proven experience in e-commerce platforms (Walmart, Shopify).
    • Strong English communication skills with a clear dialect.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).
    • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
    • Sales experience is preferred but not required.
