Position Overview:
We are seeking a high-caliber Inside Sales Case Manager with a proven track record in sales and a genuine passion for helping others. The ideal candidate is empathetic, cares deeply about their work and the well-being of potential clients, and possesses excellent convincing skills. Your primary purpose is to assist clients in overcoming financial barriers, allowing them to access the life-changing natural healthcare solutions they need.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Consultative Sales & Client Care:
    • Conduct phone and video consultations with prospective clients, showing genuine care and empathy for their health concerns.
    • Educate and raise awareness about the client’s health issues, guiding them towards making positive, informed decisions.
    • Present and effectively communicate the benefits of doctor-recommended products, tests, and services, leading to successful sales while prioritizing client needs and well-being.

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Act as a quality control contact for clients you have assisted, ensuring their satisfaction, care, and progress toward their health goals.
    • Follow up with clients to ensure they are happy, achieving their desired results, and fully utilizing the purchased services or products.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns, demonstrating genuine care, and offering continuous support to enhance client satisfaction.
  2. Sales Expansion & Continuous Improvement:
    • Participate in additional sales activities, including introducing new products and services that align with client needs and well-being.
    • Collaborate with the team to identify new sales opportunities, improve sales strategies, and ensure a client-centric approach.

Requirements:

  • Proven inside sales experience, ideally within a healthcare, wellness, or related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to empathize and connect with clients on a personal level.
  • A deep commitment to caring for clients and a genuine passion for helping people improve their health and well-being.
  • Strong persuasive and problem-solving skills, capable of overcoming objections while maintaining a client-first mindset.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to conduct video calls and manage client information in compliance with HIPAA standards.
  • Fully functional computer with password protection and reliable Wi-Fi.
