About the Role

You will be responsible for proactively reaching out to warm leads who have responded to our mailers, skillfully gathering necessary information using a provided script, and critically, scheduling qualified appointments for the owner. Accuracy and efficiency are key as you'll be capturing all collected data within Go High Level. This role requires the ability to manage calls across multiple US states and time zones, adhering to specific calling schedules. The ideal candidate will be a quick-thinking, reliable team player with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed, unfazed by "no's."


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead outreach - calling leads that have responded to a mailer, gather information and set up an appointment for David. Appointment setting is critical.
  • Information collection - Gather information from the leads from a script provided
  • Data Capturing - Capture information received from clients onto Go High Level
  • Calling clients across 5 states and all time zones at specific times.

Tech Stack / Skills / Experience

  • Go High Level Experience ideal

Previous experience

  • Previous Medical experience (Nice to have)
  • Previous Life Insurance Experience (Nice to have)
  • Good typing speed would be a huge asset (60wpm+)

  • Male ideally with deep voice (Important as David wants the person to call as "him/David" ideally)
