Support attorneys in preparing case submissions and follow-ups.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the creation and refinement of internal procedures and standard operating processes (SOPs).
  • Handle administrative tasks related to scheduling, document tracking, and client database management.
  • Legal research may be required upon clients request.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years working as an Immigration Paralegal or in a similar legal support role, preferably with experience handling USCIS forms and filings.

  • Proficiency with case management and document automation systems.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud-based communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
