Job Summary: As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and success.

Your primary focus will be to source, screen, and guide candidates through the hiring process to ensure we bring on board the best and brightest individuals who align with our company's values ??and goals.

Key Responsibilities:


Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit for the role.
Manage and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a smooth and organized recruitment process.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Check candidate references and perform background checks when necessary.
Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms.
Provide a positive candidate experience and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.

Familiarity with various recruitment methods and tools.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong decision-making abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Knowledge of labor legislation and regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
