About the Client:

Wholesale distributor of fresh cut orchids for events, weddings, and celebrations. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality phalaenopsis orchid stems and exceptional customer service to florists and event planners.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to conduct cold calls to potential customers, generate leads, and manage follow-up communications. The ideal candidate will have prior cold calling experience and a passion for building relationships in the floral industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to potential customers, including florists and event planners.
• Generate leads and build a database of potential clients.
• Send follow-up emails to prospects to nurture leads.
• Collaborate with the team to set sales-based goals and track performance.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in cold calling or telemarketing.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Energetic and enthusiastic phone presence.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in using email and CRM software.

Work Hours:

• 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday), 5 hours per day.
• The first 3 hours focused on cold calling, followed by 2 hours dedicated to lead generation and email follow-up.
